The information below is used to fill out the Franchise Agreements between your company and Bambu Franchising LLC. If you have not already done so you will need to go to the Secretary of State website of the state you reside in and fill out the forms to create your company. The names of all persons who will sign your franchise agreement as a guarantor. (owners, spouse, partners, etc.)
