Drink & Food Returns & Refund Policy
If your drink was made incorrectly, you can request that it be remade at the Bambu location where you ordered it. A drink barista will make you a new drink free of charge. Similarly, if you received the wrong or poorly made food item, a barista will make you a new one. Bambu has a NO REFUND POLICY for a variety of reasons, which are intended to support our goal of providing our customers with exceptional service and a quality product they expect and deserve.
We recommend taking a sip of our your drink and checking your food order before you leave the Bambu location. We also understand with online orders and curbside pick-ups identifying an incorrect item quickly can be difficult, so please call the Bambu location if you discover a problem within 30 minutes of pick-up and we will do our best to resolve your issue. If your food or beverage item still does not meet your standards, it’s best to email Bambu’s customer service department at email@example.com.
